Refund and Returns Policy
At Poorna Sattva, every snack—from our laddus to millet savories—is handcrafted in small batches using pure jaggery, nuts, millets, and fruits. We promise fresh, safe, and lovingly made products.
If anything goes wrong, we’ll make it right.
Non-Refundable Situations
We cannot process refunds or replacements if:
❌ The product was opened, consumed, or tampered with after delivery
❌ Complaint raised after 48 hours of delivery
❌ You changed your mind or ordered by mistake
❌ Minor variations in color, shape, or texture (natural for handmade products)
Returns
Important: Our products are perishable, so we cannot accept returns once opened or partially consumed.
✅ We will help if: your order is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

- Clear photos of the damaged/wrong product

Refunds
Once approved, you can choose:
- Replacement of the same product
- Full refund to your original payment method
Processing time: 7–10 working days after approval.
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 days, check with your bank or payment provider.
Cancellations
Cancel within 2 hours of placing your order.
Once processed or shipped, cancellations are not possible.
If payment was captured and cancellation is approved, we’ll refund your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
Damaged Packages in Transit
If your parcel is visibly damaged on arrival, refuse delivery and contact us immediately.
We’ll coordinate with the courier and send a replacement at no extra cost.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 working days:

Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
